How Many Nines do you need?

Our Systems are duplicated at multiple levels allowing everything from true geo-redundancy, to cold standby. Full flexibility from data mirroring to periodic replication, backup and archiving. All with the disaster recovery and security approaches that our clients demand.

Whether you need “five nines’ to support your real-time routing of business, or “two nines” for your daily analysis of traffic usage, you can choose the level of availability.  Our default SLA provide 99.99% availability for our call control systems and 99.8% for our IT systems.

Support

All our services are supported from our 365x7x24 Network Operations Centers with agreed SLAs for response and resolution. We use state-of-the-art monitoring and management systems for everything from Network Management to Performance Management. We proactively manage the services and perform maintenance so that you don’t have to.

Systems

All our systems are hosted either in the cloud in a series of Data Centers around the globe, or in dedicated facilities for our clients. We use world class facilities like Interxion & Equinix for the facilities, and world-class interconnects from suppliers including Cogent and Syniverse.

We use a range of vendors to build our solutions, from Cisco to Oracle, and we use technologies from Hadoop, to VMWare. We also have our own technologies and acquire IPR from various vendors to give us the flexibility and ownership – flexibility in source development, and flexibility in pricing structures.
